What you are buying

These terms match the pricing page. Operator: Brandon Bates, Springfield, Missouri, USA. Write brandon.z.bates@gmail.com.

• 7-day trial — $0. Full system. No card. One trial per account. After 7 days, access stops until you choose monthly or the founding year.
• Month to month — $15/month. Same system. Billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime. You keep access through the month already paid. No further charges after you cancel.
• Founding year — $79. One payment for twelve months from the day payment clears. That’s $6.58/month if you stay. This price holds through October 31, 2026. After that date the year is $129. The founding year does not auto-renew.

Cancel and refunds

Cancel monthly by emailing brandon.z.bates@gmail.com from the email on the account with the word “cancel.” We will stop Stripe at the end of the paid month. You keep access through the month already paid. No further charges after cancel. Trial: nothing to refund. Monthly: the current period is not prorated. Founding year: write from the email on the account to brandon.z.bates@gmail.com within fourteen days of purchase if you have not used the system as your year, and we will refund in good faith. Stripe processes cards. We do not store the full card number.

The agreement

By creating an account or using Refinement Through Pressure you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be 18 or older. Keep your login to yourself. You own your logs. Export or delete them in Settings.

What this is not

Not a church, a pastor, a counselor, or a crisis line. If you are in crisis, contact a pastor, a licensed counselor, or emergency services.

This is a self-guided formation and discipline tool. It is not licensed counseling, pastoral care, medical advice, mental-health treatment, or a substitute for a church. Your logs

Prayer, Scripture answers, and family notes are private to your account. Do not enter someone else’s secrets without their consent. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, or store illegal material. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or tries to break it.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is. We do not promise results, spiritual outcomes, income, marriage change, or health change. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or always available.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent Missouri law allows, Brandon Bates and Refinement Through Pressure are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or personal injury arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $79, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow these limits; if yours does not, the limit applies only as far as the law permits.

Disputes

Missouri law governs, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise. Before filing a claim, email brandon.z.bates@gmail.com and give thirty days to resolve it. Venue is the state or federal courts sitting in Greene County, Missouri, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

Copyright

The site, copy, grid, Bible plan structure, and brand belong to the operator. You keep ownership of the words you type. You give us a limited license to store and display them so the app can function. For DMCA notices write brandon.z.bates@gmail.com with “DMCA” in the subject, the URL, and a description of the work. We will remove material that is clearly infringing.
