What this is

The app is a personal formation tracker for men 18 and older. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

• Account. Name, email, and sign-in provider (Google, X, or email/password).
• Your logs. Daily habits, notes, prayer requests, workouts, meals, Bible answers, rhythms, and weekly reviews you enter. Prayer and family notes can be sensitive. We treat them as private account data, not content for a feed.
• Payments. If you start a trial we store only the trial dates on your account. If you pay, Stripe processes the card. We store payment status, Stripe customer / checkout / subscription ids, and the dates access starts and ends — not the full card number.
• Technical. Session cookies or a bearer token so you stay signed in. Basic request logs needed to run and secure the service.

We do not scrape your contacts. We do not run a public social feed.

Processors we use

• Stripe. Card payments and subscriptions.
• Google. Optional Google sign-in.
• X. Optional X sign-in.
• Hosting. Vercel (app) and Neon (Postgres).

These companies process data only to run sign-in, payments, and hosting. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your prayer log or family notes for advertising.

How we use it

To run your account, show your tracker, keep the service secure, bill you if you pay, and answer your email. We do not share logs with churches, wives, or brothers unless you export them yourself.

Security

The live site uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed by the auth system, not in plain text. Stripe handles cards. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies on this origin. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will email the address on the account as required by law.

Your controls

In Settings you can update your name, export a JSON copy of your data, and delete your account. Deletion removes your tracker records and sign-in rows from this app. Backups may linger up to 30 days, then they rotate out. It does not delete your Google, X, or Stripe account. You can also write brandon.z.bates@gmail.com and we will export or delete on request.

Children

You must be 18 or older. The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete that account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above. Keep using the app after that date means you accept the updated policy. See also the terms of use.
